Both On-Hold Plus digital players basically do the same thing - provide continuously playing audio to your phones (audio which is heard whenever a call is placed on hold). The main difference between the two players is how your custom on-hold audio gets into the digital player's memory.

To determine the player that is best for you, select the statement below that most closely matches your preference.

I wish to have my custom messages produced by On-Hold Plus (or other production studio) and sent to me as a finished product on an audio CD or as a downloadable MP3 file. Method : Audio from your custom CD is loaded into digital memory using the unit's integrated CD player. I wish to use my PC to produce and control the on-hold audio program content. Method: On-Hold Plus e-mails your custom-written, professionally read voice files -- you complete the custom production process on your own PC using our MessageStudio software. I wish to have both capabilities.
