Q: Where can I hook this up?
A: This unit can be hooked up to any PBX or KEY Phone System.

Q: Can I use any audio CDs with these units?
A: Yes, but our music is licensed for this use.

Q: What is HOLD TRACKS CD for?
A: It is 8 generic tunes that you may chose from including Light Contemporary, Classical, Bright Jazz, Easy Country, Corporate, Soft Jazz, Acoustic Piano and Holiday. Each selection is about 7 minutes 45 seconds long.

Q: What is the CustomWorks CD for?
A: Install this software CD onto your PC and fill out the four message tabs. If you have your own script you can type it in or copy and paste it to section 5 EDIT SCRIPT -of each of the 4 message tabs. You can have up to 4 messages, 100 words each which totals 400 words or 4 minutes.

Q: How do I record messages in my own voice?
A: By using a PC microphone you can click RECORD MSG, on the screen of your MS Software and record a message in your own voice. Next, select music to go with your recording. Hook the unit up to your PC, plugging into to the SPEAKER port (your PCs soundcard), Push PLAY MIX and your selections will automatically record onto your unit's memory.

If you have a MAC you need Virtual PC 3.0 or above.(install it) then our M

Did you install Message Studio? Put the CD in the drive

Start-Run-if it doesnt run by itself.

Do you have Message Studio Open?

Did you record a Message?

Grab the unit-take the power supply and RCA audio cable.

You might have to Purchase one.

Plug Power Supply in Plug

If speakers have port put it in there.

If not follow speakers to HD and UNPLUG the speakers

PLUG audio cable into that port.

Other end of that Cable Plug into AUX IN

Do you have Speakers?

Make Sure they are ON

We sent you a RCA cord w/ the unit

Plug that into the soundcard AUXILIARLY IN

If you hit ADD what happens?

You hear a tone and it will say SNYC that means recording

But make sure you check the display on your unit and it says RECORD
