Q: Why is the music coming on when I am on the phone?
A:
If any false triggering occurs

  1. Check your volume, turn it all the way DOWN and ¾ the way up. If the volume is too loud it will shut itself off.
  2. Check if there is any writing, in marker, on the units metal plate, located on the back of the unit. (Where your phone cords are plugging into)
It says it is blank or it says V 2.1 or V 2.3 this could be the cause & you need a 2.3 chip to cure the false triggering. Please call technical support for assistance.
