Troubleshooting - OHP 6000
Follow these 4 simple installation steps, and you'll have your OHP 6000 series connected to a PBX or KEY phone system in no time.

Step 1:
Plug the AC adapter into a 110V power outlet. |
Step 2:
Plug the other end of the power cord into the 9V DC jack on the back. |
Step 3:
Plug the audio cable into the "audio out" jack on the back. |

Step 4:
Plug the other end of the audio cable into your PBX or KEY phone system's "music-on-hold" input. |
| Once you've completed the above steps, use a cell phone or outside fax line and call the main office number. Put that call on hold. Do you hear music? YES or NO |
